  • Can I place a phone order?

Yes, we will gladly take your order over the phone. If you would like to place an order with a customer care representative, please send us an email at info@begoodny.com with your contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.

  • Do you offer online coupons?

From time to time select styles will be marked down for sale. And be sure to check our website as new, exciting and exclusive deals can come at any moment!

  • How do I know if an item is actually in stock?

We use real-time inventory, which means that you can see the availability of any color/size combination on each product’s web page.

  • How do I know that my order is secure?

Orders are made secured by both your site’s security as well as our e-commerce platform. Be sure to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and your computer, and to sign off when finished when using a shared computer.

  • How do I update personal information for my account?

Simply log in to your account and make the appropriate changes. If you have troubles logging in or making a change, please send us an email at info@begoodny.com.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Discover online.

  • Which states do you collect taxes in?

Taxes will be collected on ALL orders being shipped to New York State.

  • Who can see my WishList?

Your WishList is private and can be shared with anyone, via email or other methods of sharing.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS FAQ
  • Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible! We’d like all our customers to enjoy their new BeGood® products in a timely manner.
Simply send us an email at info@begoodny.com, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note, however, that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

  • Does BeGood® NY accept international orders?

Products purchased on begoodnyc.com can only be shipped to North America.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation which will include the tracking information.

  • How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST are processed on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends go out starting on Monday.
Packages shipped via USPS will be received within 2-3 business days, conditions permitting.

  • If I am not satisfied with my order, who pays for return shipping?

We include a Merchandise Return Label in all orders. If your order does not contain a Merchandise Return Label or if your label has been misplaced, please contact us at info@begoodny.com.
As soon as your return is received, the garments are inspected. If there is no damage and the hangtags are still on, a full refund—less the non-refundable initial shipping fee—is issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, refunds will be posted to your account within 8-10 business days.

  • What is your return policy?

We offer FREE returns on any UNWORN or defective garments if the merchandise is returned within 60 days from the original ship date. Click to see our full return policy.

  • For how long the Dermofibra® Cosmetics ingredients remain in the garment?

All the garments have successfully passed the “100 wash test”.
After 100 washes the effect of the active principles (Dermofibra® Plus) begins to decline gradually.
The effect of the Bio-Infrareds (Dermofibra® Bio-Infrareds) is permanent.

  • Have the products been clinically tested?

The products were clinically tested (placebo-controlled study).
An independent laboratory, ISO 9001 and GLP-certified by the Italian Ministry of Health (certificate of compliance with the principles of good laboratory practice – GLP), has conducted instrumental clinical tests in collaboration with a University Institute under the supervision of a panel of experts, dermatologists, biologists, and chemists.

  • How should the garment be washed?

Wash the garment by hand (inside out) in cold water.
Avoid harsh detergents and fabric softener.
Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

  • Is it safe to wear a compression garment during pregnancy?

The answer is yes, it is completely safe.
Today’s woman is more confident and does not hesitate to show off her baby bump. However, while you are expecting, you should take good measures to support your body, like wearing BeGood® while pregnant.
Our garments have high waist design that actually ensures that the pressure on the bump is reduced. Using them lowers the regular pregnancy back pain as the belly is provided with good support, and they also help to contour your silhouette so that you do not look shapeless.
Wearing shapewear over your bottom, belly, or thighs won’t hurt your baby, regardless of how far along you are. Your baby is well cushioned by the amniotic fluid, and the mild compression of your belly from one of these garments won’t cause any harm.
We advise using a bigger size for better and easy fitting during pregnancy.
